Solar Installers in Pretoria East: Big Spend, Staged Payments

Why staged payments matter most with solar

A solar installation means serious money, equipment orders and days of work. That's the classic recipe for a big up-front deposit into somebody's account. On Completo you fund the job into the SafePay trust account once you accept a quote. Completo never holds the money, and it's released as each stage is signed off: delivery, mounting, wiring, commissioning. If the job stalls, the money for unfinished stages stays in trust, not in a bakkie heading for the N1.

What a proper Pretoria East install involves

• Roof assessment: most of the east is tiled, and tile roofs need mounting done by people who've cracked fewer tiles than they've fitted panels.

• Honest sizing: from your actual consumption, not the biggest kit in the brochure.

• Electrical integration: distribution board work and a change-over that doesn't trip the whole house.

• A certificate of compliance: the electrical work in a solar install is an alteration to your installation and must be certified. It matters again when you sell.

• Estate and municipal paperwork: estates like Silver Lakes and Woodhill have aesthetic rules about panel placement, and grid-tied systems need to be registered with the City of Tshwane as small-scale embedded generation. A reputable installer will know the current process.

How it works

1. 1

Post your job free and include your typical monthly usage if you can.

2. 2

Verified solar installers quote with options you can actually compare.

3. 3

You pick one and fund SafePay. Your money sits in a SafePay trust account, and Completo never holds it.

4. 4

Payment is released stage by stage as you approve, through to commissioning and paperwork.

Solar Installers by Pretoria East suburb

• Silver Lakes

Golf-estate rules meet tile roofs: panel placement needs HOA sign-off, and installers who've worked here know the drill.

• Woodhill

Large roofs, large loads. Homes here usually want backup for the gate, the security system and the coffee machine, in that order.

• Olympus

Plots and smallholdings with space to think bigger: ground mounts, three-phase, and boreholes that would love a solar pump.

• Wapadrand

Ridge living with proper north-facing roof planes. The geography did half the design work already.

• Zwavelpoort

Bronberg country east of the N4: smallholdings, stables and newer estates where ground mounts and borehole pumps earn their keep.

Solar installers on Completo quote across the whole launch area in Pretoria East and surrounds: estate, suburb or plot.
