What a fair roof painting quote includes
The roof type: metal sheeting (IBR or corrugated), concrete tiles or clay tiles prepare and coat differently.
Preparation: high pressure cleaning, rust or moss treatment and primer where needed.
The paint system named by brand and product, so the materials photo milestone can confirm it.
Safe access: roof work means working at height, and your contractor confirms they have the equipment to work at height safely before quoting on Completo.
How staged payments protect a roof repaint
You pay the quote into the SafePay trust account. The first stage releases on a photo of the unopened paint with its delivery note, the next on preparation and first coat, and the last when you sign off the finished roof.
